Replacement in Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI and BTN ?

Indonesian State Enterprises Minister Mustafa Abubakar indicated will reorganize board of directors in state-owned banks. In addition to the time had run out of office, replacement step is also based on performance.

Mustafa Abubakar tells the reforms will be done at a general meeting the annual shareholders to be held in May 2010. However, so far there are no names are entered for selection.

Mustafa did not mention in detail about the names of state-owned banks to be restructured. So far there are four state-owned banks, namely Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI and BTN.

Reform state-owned bank's board of directors is one part that will be conducted by the Ministry of SOEs in changing the company board of directors of 'the red plate'.

After Mustafa served, occurred in the management reform of SOEs. More recently, reforms carried out in the directors of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) (PLN), and in the near future reforms are also carried out at PT Pertamina (Persero).
